IMPC® Microwell Plate with Electrochemical Sensor
The IMPC® Microwell Plate with Electrochemical Sensor is a medical sampling device with a fully integrated P-Flex® electrochemical sensor. The integrated sensor can measure and record the extracellular potential of cells and cell substrates, eliminating the need for fluorescent labeling and other markers in real-time monitoring.

The integrated electrochemical sensor of the IMPC® Microwell Plate allows extracellular potential of cells and cell substrates to be measured and recorded, enabling real-time monitoring without the need for fluorescent labels or other markers.

The IMPC® Microwell Plate with Electrochemical Sensor was developed by inserting a P-Flex® electrochemical sensor into an injection mold and directly integrating it in a microwell plate. The shape and number of the wells can be customized according to your needs.

The IMPC® Electrochemical Sensor Flow Cell was developed by inserting the P-Flex® electrochemical sensor into an injection mold and directly integrating it in a flow cell that forms the flow of liquids. The film and flow channel are attached together to prevent leakage of culture fluids and other liquids.

The circuit and sensor design as well as the shape and size of the flow channel can be customized according to your needs.

Quick and flexible made-to-order support is possible, just by replacing the digital design data.
The electrodes can be customized according to your needs (monopolar, bipolar, tripolar, etc.)
The high adhesion between wells and electrode film prevents leakage of cell fluid and nutrient solution.
The number of wells and the shape of the flow channel can be modified by mold design.

What kind of resin material do you support?

PC, PET and ABS at this moment. Developing Sequentially.

How about Sterilization process?

PC resin able to resist up to 120Autoclave sterilization possible.

Other materials EOG or Gamma Ray/UV sterilization preferred.
