Medical sample integrated P-Flex® Electrochemical Sensor with plastic injected part by IMPC® technology.
The aim is to measure, record and monitor the extracellular potential of cells and cytoplasm in real time without using markers such as fluorescence.

IMPC® Electrochemical Sensor - Micro Well Plate is integrated by inserting the P-Flex® electrochemical sensor into an injection machine. The shape and number of wells could be customized according to your request.

IMPC® Electrochemical Sensor Flow Cell (PCT Patent Pending)

IMPC® Electrochemical Sensor Flow Cell is integrated by inserting the P-Flex® electrochemical sensor into an injection machine. Film and the flow channel is attached together to prevent leakage of the liquid such as culture fluid.
The circuit / sensor design, shape and size of flow channel could be customized according to your request.

Quick and flexible made-to-order support is possible, just by replacing the digital design data.
Electrodes customizable such as monopolar, bipolar, and tripolar electrodes are available according to your request.
High adhesion between wells and electrode film prevents leakage and seepage of cells and nutrient solution.
The number of wells and the shape of the flow channel could be modified by mold design.

What kind of resin material do you support?

PC, PET and ABS at this moment. Developing Sequentially.

How about Sterilization process?

PC resin able to resist up to 120Autoclave sterilization possible.

Other materials EOG or Gamma Ray/UV sterilization preferred.
